HawkTower is a new venture capital firm with a clear focus on Underleveraged California. Our mission is to foster innovation and commercialization in critical regions of California, a state that still holds untapped potential as the world’s fifth-largest economy. We believe that a thriving California, one that continues to grow, compete, and innovate on a global scale, is crucial for American prosperity.

In January, we met the team behind Tesserakt Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Central California that invests in deep tech companies rebuilding foundational industries. We connected via a shared investment in Farm-ng and were immediately inspired by their passion, track record, and commitment to helping early-stage companies grow.

We quickly realized that our shared objectives would be better achieved as a unified initiative (and force multiplier) — leveraging California’s industrial base to build the next generation of leading technology companies with exportable/scalable products.

Today, HawkTower unveils an exciting future as we merge strategies and operations with Tesserakt Ventures. The combination comes at a time of critical opportunity for emerging California. Daniel Emilio Sabzehzar and Phoenix Skeahan will join HawkTower as Partners to enhance our sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support capabilities.

Daniel and Phoenix are rising investors with the motor, technical chops, and hands-on experience to run circles around more traditional Silicon Valley firms. We’re thrilled to welcome them to HawkTower.
